ABOUT US

Money In The Bank University (MITBU) Program, Inc. is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization established in 2009 that serves as a holding company for multiple entities and DBAS. MITBU’s mission is to create and oversee businesses and/or its operations This includes assisting small to mid- size  companies on their path to success by empowering  them to develop a solid business structure inclusive of having a  strong financial foundation to manage their finances.

More specifically, the foundation in which the 501(c)3 operates, through its N.S. Weaver Restoration House program and/or division is to provide support to those who require assistance in locating philanthropic resources/organizations for housing, food, clothes and/or other basic living needs. Further through our FHFLTC program financial literacy training, coping skills teaching is provided for people working through life challenges, this is inclusive of those who are disadvantaged, impoverished and homeless. MITBU contends that addressing the basic human and/or physiological needs, (e.g.; shelter, clothing food, water), financial struggles, and providing coping skill training is essential. Meeting people where they are using a co-creative, co-active, co-directive approach is required; can inspire and motivate people to action  that can lead to a path for  goal achievement and living a quality life.   Our Talk With Coach Tea program addresses holistic needs and provides life coaching for people who desire to unleash their full potential, want goal achievement, and live a quality life.

The Executive Director of MITBU Program, Inc is Dr. Tea S. Dixon (AKA Coach Tea).
